what we are doing and why?

In a land rich in history, Carmarthenshire is famous for its castles. However, behind each castle is a history of battles and bloodshed. People fighting for freedom.

The truth is we all still fight battles today - maybe not with swords and spears - but against depression and fear, hopelessness and addiction, poverty, pain and brokenness. We believe Jesus won the ultimate battle. He defeated death and wants to empower us to overcome in life - to live free from our past and embrace a life of purpose, meaning, and belonging - both now and in eternity.

Today, many view God and the church as irrelevant to their lives. Yet, Carmarthenshire was once the heart of great spiritual awakenings. Past generations experienced dynamic moves of God, characterised by power and passion. For our generation, these may seem like events confined to history, yet there remain embers of life that God wants to re-ignite.

In contrast to lifeless religion, we see a vibrant, life-giving and faith-filled church. A church for a new generation. An authentic community of radical love and courageous faith. A church that will see the power of God bring hope and transformation to our lives, and to the lives of many across Carmarthenshire, and beyond.

We believe everyone matters, and our heart is to help people:
